End User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and FleetPaths, LLC (“FleetPaths,” “Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) governing your use of the FleetPaths software and related services (the “Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
FleetPaths grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for Your internal business or personal purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. FleetPaths retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and all associated intellectual property.
4. Updates
FleetPaths may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. Such updates are governed by this Agreement unless FleetPaths provides additional terms.
5. Support
FleetPaths may, but is not obligated to, provide technical support for the Software.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Software may involve the collection and processing of personal data. Such processing is governed by Our Privacy Policy [insert link].
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEETPATHS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF FLEETPATHS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. FleetPaths may terminate it if You fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [insert your state/country], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire understanding between You and FleetPaths and supersedes all prior agreements related to the Software.
